Correct and document
Material changes are published, the reviewed date is updated and the correction is recorded when appropriate.
Review timing
Methodology and editorial-policy pages use an 18–24 month routine review window. Provider changes, material regulatory changes, broken links, PWSID discrepancies, changed source-water relationships or significant factual errors may require earlier action.
